Three-phase asynchronous, IP68/IP55 (IP58) degree of protection
 Three-phase asynchronous motor BTSP132M4 7.5 kW 4 pole - IP 68/IP55 degree of protection
This motor's main characteristic is its IP68 degree of protection up to the flange plate, and IP55 up to the shaft.
The tin coupling between the motor and the operating machine allows it to reach the total degree of protection IP58.
This motor is capable of working totally submersed in water at a maximum depth, in the standard version, of 100m (10 bar pressure).
Motors capable of working under greater pressure can be designed upon request by our technical office.
The power range, on the 4 pole model, is between 0.55 and 60 kW.
The winding is of insulation class F and over temperature class B.
The standard construction forms are flanged B5 IM3001, V1 IM3011, V3 IM3031, consistent with IEC 34-7 and UNEL 055513-67 specifications.
A B3/B5 IM 200 standard construction form, not normalized, can be prearranged for some mechanical specifications of this series.
The power supply is provided through an output cable with a diameter suited to the absorbed power, and a length to be defined upon order. Starting from 132 size it is possible to prearrange two supply cables for the star-delta starting.
The building material for the external elements (casing, shields, flange) is iron.
C43 carbon stainless steel is utilized for the shaft on the standard version.
To meet special application needs stainless steel can be used instead.
