GODET HEATING INDUCTORS FOR SPINNING EQUIPMENT
These inductors are used for the induced heating of the GODET rotating body, allowing for thermal conditioning and draft of synthetic materials. Their mechanical design, their dimensions and electronic data are set according to their specific purpose. The most common type of inductors have the following technical characteristics::
- Total length: about 250mm
- Magnetic circuit's external diameter: 155mm, which coincides with
GODET internal diameter: 157 - 158 mm
- Flange base diameter: about 120 mm
- Electric absorbing: about 30 A (220V, 50H)
- GODET external temperature: 125 °C
- Central zone temperature profile: ± 5°C
Superior performances can be obtained by taking certain steps in the manufacture of both the GODET and the inductors.
